A lot of business owners believe that customer service is boring, which is pretty obvious. It is the least discussed component of the business within circles.


However, a recent study shows that (This is why it needs to be discussed more) complaints that do not come directly to the company's attention result in an average decrease in customer loyalty of at least 20 percent.


This means the company is losing one out of every five silently dissatisfied customers to competitors.


To mitigate the issue, easy access to service needs to be encouraged with an excellent customer experience.
