There are certain companies that are using AI as a means of handling customer concerns; to be more specific, AI answers the customers' questions instead of human representatives. According to a study, automated responses, or robocalls, actually defeat the thought of speaking to a live representative. It's contrary to what the customers or clients want in the first place.
